Series 8 finds the Doc (Martin Clunes, Men Behaving Badly) and his wife, Louisa (Caroline Catz, Murder in Suburbia), finally living together with their son in the idyllic Cornish village of Portwenn. Martin and Louisa continue to have their disagreements, though: with Louisa’s encouragement, James Henry has grown attached to Buddy the dog, but Martin can barely contain his disgust.
